Robert’s initial involvement in the Milton Keynes and regional property market began in 1992 while working for a niche London practice. Strong local relationships were forged while acting as a London agent resulting in a new role in Milton Keynes where he took responsibility for developing and growing a commercial agency department into a team which now boasts the broadest depth of knowledge, experience and continuity in the region.

While retaining a firm foothold in the local market, dealing principally with industrial disposals for developers, funds and occupiers, Robert’s day-to-day business activities now take him to all regions of the UK.

Acting for a number of global companies he has honed his specialist skills in recent years in the areas of business development, and account management of large-scale acquisition projects and is now very well known across the industry as a key acquisition agent within the 'big box' logistics sector. As such Robert continues to build strong relationships with the major industrial developers, funds and national industrial agents to whom Louch Shacklock and Partners is now very well known.
